This Little Smocked Boutique Dress in size 4 is Beautiful! The dress is done in a gorgeous aqua hue with pink and white embroidery. The Pink on Aqua is a heavenly combination, emulating SPRING. The rounded neckline has a matching ruffle trim-so sassy! Just above the waist is a panel of accordion style smocking. The smocking is done in a soft-edge, wide lattice pattern with white embroidery. The top and bottom of the smocking is bordered with a pale pink embroidery. In between the pink borders are sweet hand-embroidered pink bullion loop flowers with green leaves.
