Aqua blue top and dolphin with ball 14 gauge dolphin dangle belly rings. Several different style dolphins. The top gem colors are all that is different. 316-l surgical steel. Nickel and lead free. Made by me. The charms are made out of pewter and I use a split ring to attach the charm and the belly ring so they are more sturdy and your charm does not fall off.
