Elegant, yet sexy black evening dress by Aqua. Features a sleek silhouette and elegant design of shinning satin on the bottom and a more durable bust on top. Ideal for formal events. Worn once for a few hours at an event at the Congressional Country Club! Please note that I had this dress altered to include a classier clip close at the halter back rather than tie. I found the tie back a little too casual (more like a baiting suit closure). I paid about $95 to have this done and it’s a great addition to an already amazing dress!
