Apt. 9 Dress 

Darling dress in 99%cotton and spandex for a little stretch. Scoop neck, slightly higher waist, pleats in front, not back, pockets. Size 12 is 38 at chest, 33 at slightly higher waist, fuller skirt, 48 at hips , 35 long from top of back. Pretty green and purple floral, good with a cardi or blazer for all year.
