New Sheer Tiered Skirt, apt.9, size 12, black and gray, fully lined. Has belt loops but no belt. Can be worn easily with or without a belt. Photo 3 shows belt loops in same colors so they blend in nicely if no belt is worn. Length is 29 1/2”, belt loops are 2” slightly off waist.
