April Cornell Hi-lo Shirt‎ Dress

Features hi-lo skirt, crochet collar, decorative lace at hem, and full button front closure. It does have an area of discoloration on the left side as shown in the last picture. It measures 23 inches from armpit to armpit and the length is 34 inches in front and 42 inches in the back.
