one_in_a_millie Hi, this item is not functioning properly. Does not hold charge and unable to connect to iMessage/ FaceTime at all

c_jelinek @one_in_a_millie I am not sure what to tell you. I used it for Apple Music and Fitbit app with no issues. According to Apple, usage time is dependent on the apps you use, and the ones you are choosing require higher usage. It is a Gen 6, and only runs up to iOS 12.5.7. Gen 6 was released in 2007, so it isn't as compatible with updated apps. It was advertised as an mp3 player. I used it mainly offline for basic tasks like music.

one_in_a_millie @c_jelinek thank you for your reply. I will contact Apple to see if there is something that can be done but it does function as advertised for Apple Music. It’s for my daughter, so that is ideal - just wanted to see if you had used it previously for anything else or if it was a connectivity issue on my end. Thank you! This was helpful
