Apple iPhone 8 Plus unlocked 64gb for parts won’t turn on

Phone was giving me issues the home button stopped working then wouldn’t read SIM card then it had low battery so I plugged it in and when I plugged it in shut off since then won’t turn on also up volume doesn’t work so I can’t hard reset Bought in fair condition and as been not great now won’t power on there are wear and tear throughout device the battery was in the 80’s percent sold for parts
