aprilbohannon28 @bumpero2002 okay so this wasn’t your phone? The iCloud lock is from the Find My IPhone app and someone had to report the phone as lost or stolen on the app so this phone is not able to be activated by anyone unless original user unlocks it….

bumpero2002 @aprilbohannon28 I manage a pawn shop. Some guy kinda pawned it for some cash went through the process of unlocking the phone. Came back again to get the phone. Locked it and walked away and never came back. I contacted him and he blocked me. Phone is in mint condition. Technicians buy them to unlock or use for parts.
