No scratches on screen, there is a screen protector already on it. The last 2 pictures show the iPad as if it were set up already (before factory rest). The 3rd last picture shows a tiny round nick on the back of the iPad, does not affect the function of the iPad. I think the software that should be installed on it is: 12.5.7. I don't know if it can be updated more than that, unless you know how to jailbreak, but that's beyond me. *Does not come with charger or wall box for outlet, doesn't not come with apple booklets and had to get rid of the case since it was dirty.
