Because the product is not sealed-in-the-box I do not consider it NWT. Open box could mean used, therefore not worth as much. What is the return policy?

@ejnix I am a five star seller and would not risk my 15 year reputation on PoshMark listing something falsely. PoshMark gives you three days to make sure the item is in new working condition. I worry more about buyers damaging the new items and sending them back. I had it listed for $135 and went down to 80 which in my opinion is not worth taking the time to even ship. Now that I think about it I would not waste my time unless I made at least $100 after tax and PoshMark fees.
