The Pampered Chef Apple, Peeler, Corer, Slicer is an amazing kitchen tool. Sturdy steel construction. I have used this one on and off for several years. The cutting blade is set to cut peeling perfectly. The only reason I am parting with this one is because I have 2. I have stored it in the original styrofoam.
