If the phone is “payed off” which means not under At&T contract anymore…
Then that means it is “unlock-able”
If I purchase this phone from you , then it’s still your property…. And I won’t be able to use it…
That’s why I ask if the phone has been “payed off” (not under AT&T contract)
Please ask the responsible owner of the phone, if the phone has been payed off… so if I purchase the phone, I can unlock it myself for free by contacting AT&T…
