Apiece Apart block print skirt or bandeau dress. Slightly longer on the sides of the bottom. Can be worn either as a skirt or dress. Perfect for the beach. Cotton. Size not marked, but I typically wear an XS, so I’d say xs-small. Has elastic band in back. Item is double lined. In great shape! Apiece Apart tag is hanging on one side (shown in pictures) Length if worn as a skirt is about 30 inches from center and 34 inches on the sides.
