This dress from Apiece Apart features a high neckline with tie and button closure, short sleeves and a full fit. Short sleeves with ruffled elastic cuff. Relaxed a-line fit through the body with a dropped waist. Wide ruffle hem falls below the knee. Navy blue, white and maroon nautical stripe print on cotton voile, airy and breathable for summer. Lined. 100% cotton, machine wash. In great condition overall with a pulled thread about 6" above the hem- see the 8th and 9th pics. The print and the flowy shape of the skirt make this difficult to spot when the dress is worn. No other flaws to note.
