Antique Dutch China With Provenance 1930’s

This is a small bowl (5.5” X 2”) made in Holland in the 1930’s. Handed down through the ages with providence. I got it from my mom in 2016. The paper is so fragile that I’ll send it between 2 boards of that nature. There are a couple flaws in the bottom of the plate from manufacturing.
