Antique sterling silver turquoise ring size 2 1/2 small

Antique sterling silver and turquoise small adult or maybe child’s ring This is out of my great grandmother things . My aunt said she has had it as long as she can remember and gave to her in the 50’s . This is a size 2 1/2 Please look at all pictures.
