Antique spill vase decorated bas relief flowers vines

This sweet little vase has markings 1924 ( in Roman numerals, I think) on bottom. Frequently given as a wedding gift in that era. It has a floral, vine & ribbon motif. It was hand painted & trimmed in gold, due to age, som of the colors are gone. These were sometimes called Old Paris Porcelain, very collectible. There are a few depressions on lip, not sure if manufactured that way or slight chips.
