Antique pottery, brown, Burly, Winter Hart brand stoneware mug, windmill/man

This is an antique piece of pottery from between 1891 to 1901. It is a brown Burley winter heart brand stoneware mug. It features a windmill on one side and a man with a pipe on the other side. It was made by the Burley and Winter pottery company in Crooksville, Ohio, USA, and was considered a tankard/mug. The inside is white and has a rough feel on the bottom and the outside is brown. These normal defects in the glaze are due to the age and the makers from this time period. The mug is in superb condition. There are no cracks or defects in it. It is lovely to put on display. It would look great in an office. It looks like a shaving mug so could be placed in a bathroom. Some flowers could be placed in it, etc. Great vintage find
