Antique functional wooden shoe stretcher wood & metal mechanism handle shoe last

This is an antique wooden shoe stretcher which has a functioning iron mechanism & top handle. This was owned by my grandfather who received it as a gift from a friend, he was a woodworker and machinist who would appreciate trades for his help. The top handle turns to tighten the form or reverse to open and reveal inner workings. The back is hinged & theres great details & aged patina. This could be used for intended purpose or for unique home decor.
