Antique collectible doll w stand stored in curio cabinet since purchase.

collectible antique doll has been in a curio cabinet behind glass since it was bought over 20 years ago. very well made hand sewn clothing beautiful ceramic face. list all surprisingly has a very good weight to it. Has been in display case since bought. I don't know a lot about this doll it was actually given to me by my grandmother before she passed away she gave me a curio cabinet that contained her favorite collectibles this was one of the items inside. I'm not really a doll person and again I don't know much about dolls if anyone has any idea how I can actually identify this doll let me know I'd be more than happy to give you more information if I knew where to find it on the doll. beautiful hand painted ceramic face the outfit is Velvet it's a very beautiful doll that is at least 20 to 25 years old. since my grandmother got it it has been in a curio cabinet and on display behind glass it has never been taken out or played with. slightly Dusty from just sheer age. the outfit and the coat / cloak that the doll is wearing is very detailed handmade and underneath the layered dress the dolls wearing bloomers. before my grandmother passed she said it was an antique and a collectible a friend of mine who likes dolls suggested I price it at $38 but also said I should ask for help in identifying more information about the doll so if anyone has any information or knows of a site where maybe I could find more information please comment below I would greatly appreciate it.
