Antique Washington DC Souvenir Porcelain Finger Candle Stick Holder Germany

Very good condition - No chips or cracks but there is wear to the gold (please see the photos). There is an oval with an image of the Capitol Building in Washington DC. It is marked Made in Germany and measures 4 1/2" across and approximately 1 1/2" tall.
