Antique Wade And Butcher Sheffield Straight Razor

Wade and Butcher antique straight razor I believe this one is from pre 1890's. It needs to be restored, there is a small chip in the blade but I think that can be sharpenened out. There are cracks at the divet but they do not go all the way through on the handle. The blade does seem to touch one side of the scales just barely and I thought it had some rust spots but I am able to scratch that off with my finger nail. Make offers I am not really sure of the value. Restored the can be worth a lot.
