Antique WM Rogers Silver Spring Flower Etched Cut Out Dessert Spoon

Cross posted to ebay Purchased at estate sale where I got a lot of vintage and even antique things.See my other listings I don't really know the true age, but it's definitely not perfect. I cleaned and polished this piece.
