Antique Vintage Ultra metl Metal Children's Patio Lawn Chair 1940's

Childs size lawn chair from the 30 maybe 40's. I can't find anything about the Ultrametal Company online, it's just so old. (Thank you for the correction Nancy!) Repainted in an Antique teal color. The color in the photo's match real life color. This was my mother's family heirloom. I was warned about not standing in the seat. There is a great danger of the chair flipping backwards and the heavy metal removing fingers. I was also warned about the old wringer washer tub in my youth. Just sayin, make sure any little one knows the rules of sitting on their bottom in this chair.
