Antique Victorian silk like women’s petticoat long skirt slip I believe this is an antique Victorian petticoat. It has a place where you could wear a bustle in the back and fill it. There is no size tag or fabric label. Please go by waste measurements for fit. Waist is a maximum of 24 inches Waste to him is 42 inches The hem has a secondary stiffener in it to have a stiff ham under the ruffle It’s in fair to good condition. Especially for its age There are some holes tiny holes in it but it’s a beautiful piece. Hopefully someone can rescue it.
