Antique Victorian Vanity Dresser Set Mirror Brush Embossed Velvet & Silver Plate

Please see the photos for condition. The box shows a decent amount of wear from age and has a small scratched area on one edge where the velvet is missing and the wood underneath shows through. The piece of elastic inside the box inside the box is no longer stretchy. The brush and mirror are both in great shape. The velvet on each one is in excellent condition. The mirror has some small black streaks in the glass where the silver backing has come off and there are a few small rusty looking spots on the handle. It is marked but I can't quite make it out. It looks like it starts with Pat. so it may have a date or "Appld For" after that. The brush is also in great shape. The bristles are still full without any visible missing plugs. There are a couple of small dark spots on the handle. It is marked Pat'd June 23 81.
