Antique Victorian Style Brooch Hand Painted Porcelain Flowers

I believe this is an antique brooch probably from the Victorian period. It has hand painted pink, mauve flowers with green leaves set on a blue and yellow background. The border, pin and back are brass. Please review all pictures for condition and more details. It is approximately 1 5/8 x 1 5/8. Slight bend in needle pin.
