Vintage Silk Skirt with Train Bustle Cream Ivory Black Trim Ruffles Petticoat Gorgeous silk skirt/petticoat. I believe it can be bustled, as the back has some straps sewn in, but I don't know how it works. Aprox a modern Medium with a 28" waist. This garment is in excellent antique condition. There are 2 areas on the botton ruffle of the skirt that have a small rip, otherwise this skirt is immaculate. There will be light wear consistent with the age of the garment.
