Antique Victorian English 1/5 9kt rolled gold filled hinged bangle bracelet

Excellent antique condition, minor rubbing to gold fill present. This piece is marked 1/5 9C R.G. indicating 20% solid 9kt gold, an unusually high percentage. It is signed PPLo for Payton, Pepper, & Sons. Outer is in fantastic shape overall and etched in beautiful detail. Safety chain shows some tarnishing and clasp is likely a replacement since it is marked 12kt gold filled. Bracelet clasp and safety chain both function perfectly and hinge operates smoothly.
