Antique Victorian Decanter Milk Glass Hand Blown and Painted this milk glass piece is a decanter missing its stopper but it also makes a lovely and unique vase. There is a very pretty filigree design around the widest part. Only remnants of the original gold paint remain. It is in used vintage condition.
