Lovely Victorian ( late 1800's) gold filled knot brooch with delicate engraving wrapping a natural coral branch. The coral was thought to keep the wearer safe from illness and ward off evil. A three leaf clover accents the brooch. Old tube hinge and extra long pin stem. Small loop to add chain if desired. Unmarked. Measures 1 1/8 by 1". Unmarked

@chestradorn because it’s Victorian it would be considered rolled gold, a process of fusing very thin sheets of gold to the base metal.
