Antique Victorian Garnet ~ Gold gilt Silver ~ Bohemian Garnet Cluster ~ screw-back Button Earrings ~ All stones are rose cut and are set in layers on closed back backing ~ Most likely earrings are made from antique findings as can see some light soldier mark on backside (nothing noticeable from front side ). Unmarked lower grade silver or mix metal . Most likely Czech in origin . Dates : late 19th to early 20th century Measurements ~ Earrings are 1/2 inches in diameter Combine weight of earrings is 6 grams on my weighing scale. Condition : Overall good antique condition ~ one missing stone ~ light cleaning would benefit ~ as mentioned above most likely earrings are made from antique findings as can see some light soldier mark on backside (nothing noticeable from front side ~ gold gilding is worn off silver tone metal can be seen at places .
