Antique Victorian Bisque Porcelain 3D Relief Wall Plaque 10 in x 7 in x 1.25 in

Antique, mid-century, Victorian, 3D relief, bisque porcelain wall plaque. As seen in photos, the original sticker is mostly missing and the only thing left reads, "...ade in ___mes." The piece depicts a Victorian couple sitting on a brick ledge with the gentleman holding the lady's hand, as if he's getting ready to kiss it. There is a tiny piece of jute on the back for hanging on your wall. I believe that the numbers on back read, 8099; however, the original sticker faces the opposite way and when I turn the plaque over to read the sticker, the number reads, 6608.
