Antique‎ Victorian Art Nouveau Gone With the Wind Hand Painted Peony Floral Lamp

Wiring has been tested and is working! All 3 modes function as intended (base only, top only, and base + top). The floral painting is in great shape with no chips/cracks/flaws. The white accent lines on the leaves and surrounding the flowers are raised/3D. Vivid color throughout the painting set on an ombre background of white to tan/beige. The lamp is 20" tall and 12" wide at it's biggest. Areas of note: This top most glass shade is not included in the listing. It was missing when I acquired the piece. The base plate/top of the metal stand the lamp sits on has broken and half of the circular plate is missing. The good news is that the lamp sits on the edge of the base so this does not impact the lamp structurally or cause stability issues. It will need a good cleaning. The metal has a great natural patina under the layer of time (dust). I am more than happy to clean these areas if requested prior to shipping but some buyers prefer it left as is so I wait until speaking to my buyer to get their preference and go from there.
