Antique Victorian 10K Gold Rolled Flower Pendant Brooch C Clasp Red Stone Tested

This is an antique, Victorian or maybe a little older brooch. Notice the c clasp and extent T bar. I was told it was gold rolled/filled and tested it. It’s testing positive for 10k only in the petals for me. As far as the red center stone, I believe it is a little ruby but please look and decide for yourself, I am in no way an expert; it could be glass or a garnet? This brooch also has a little pendant hoop so it can be used either way.
