Antique Unique Silver Brooch w/ Enameled Plaster Sphere Bouquet Art Deco Style

Very interesting, unique brooch pin that appears to be sterling that might have been plated with gold in certain areas. The brooch isn't magnetic (N52) and has a marcasite appearance to the silver filagree style leaves. The blooms are so weird! Best I can tell, they are composed of some of kind of plaster and coated with a thin enamel. The navy blue and red orbs are in excellent condition, but the white sphere shows wear, crazing, and a small chip. The red, white, and blue colors suggest patriotism or nationalism. Measures 2 1/2 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide.
