Antique Creamer made in France Limoges by famous T & V Limoges, France. Tressmann and Vogue company only made the blank porcelain and it was hand decorated by someone else. Famous US porcelain company "Rickard" usually used blank porcelain from Limoges France for decoration by 22 karat gold and hand painted in the U. SA. This vintage pre-owned piece is beautiful and free of chips, cracks of breaks. The gold is in very nice condition too. Measures 3.5 inches by 3 inches in diameter. 4.5 inches from spout to handle. Signed on a base T and V France in green. Non smoking pet free home.
