Antique Style Japanese Satsuma Iris Flower Button Ring Gilt Sterling Silver - Size 6.5 Delicate Japanese Satsuma iris flower ring featuring a finely hand painted satsuma porcelain button mounted in a gold gilt sterling silver setting. This petite and detailed ceramic displays vivid purple and blue irises with green foliage, highlighted with gold gilt accenting. Japanese kanji characters are engraved on each side of the shank. The pottery has a creamy off-white base with natural crazing (kannyu) typical of satsuma ware.
