Antique Silver Plated ? Chalice Religious Cross Marked Hallmarks on Bottom

This is a silver plated ? religious communion chalice or a goblet style cup. Has a cross marking on the base and hallmark markings on the bottom. Think this is silver plated. Magnet does not stick. Good condition, does have age and wear, does have a minor of indent at rim, hard to see but you can feel. See pictures for details and condition.
