Antique Royal Doulton Tea/Coffee Patented 1913 Markings "Ayrie Bros LTD TORONTO"

According to the information on the bottom this teapot is over 100 years old. The manufacturer is Royal Doulton, with the retailer listed as "Ayrie Bros LTD Toronto". The item is marked with a British design registration number "RN 608547". The number 5723 is likely the pattern number. A "Pat App'd 1913" mark indicates the design was patented around that year. I also noticed a number 36 in the glaze and some writing on the bottom rim but was not able to read it. The teapot measures approximately 5.5" tall and close to 5" wide including the handle and spout. There is no top or lid. Rare and nice piece.
