This Antique pendent has intricate filigree ( open scrollwork) around the central cameo. The cameo itself depicts the profile of a woman, which is a classic motif often associated with the Victorian era. Looking closely at this piece I believe it was once part of a locket and this is the front piece with the Cameo. This does not change how pretty and delicate the pendent is.
