Early 20th-century real photo postcard featuring two young girls in period clothing. The older child stands beside the younger one, who sits on a carved wooden stool. Both wear lace-trimmed white dresses and high-button boots, typical of the Edwardian era. A bow adorns the older girl’s hair, adding a touch of innocence and sweetness.
The reverse side of the postcard includes a handwritten message:
“Aren’t you glad to have one so near – Genevieve + Louis”
Standard divided back with space for correspondence and address, marked “POST CARD” with stamp box.
Measurements: Approximately 5.5” x 3.5” (standard postcard size)
Condition: Very good antique condition with light edge wear and minimal creasing. Writing in ink on the back, no postmark or stamp present.
