Antique Rare Framed Red Riding Hood Painted on Glass With Enamel

This antique piece from the 1920s or 1930s is No. 420 of a Reliance product."This is one of a series of world-famous children's nursery tales. It is produced in full colors on glass. The brilliant coloring is uniquely transferred by hand onto glass in rich enamels, preserving a full sharpness of detail." I apologize for not being a better photographer as I have had great difficulty in capturing this lovely piece to properly convey to you. The frame is made of wood and green in color. Measurements: 12"W x 8"H. There is no hanging mechanism; I have used an easel. I purchased this adorable and rare piece at an antique shop. In all my years of scouring antique shops, flea markets, garage sales, and attending estate sales galore, I have never run across anything like this. It is a treasure to be sure!
