Antique Pottery Jug, hand made for C.S. Taylor & Co. Orange Blossom Honey, circa late 19th C. Reasonable offers considered. Creamy green glaze - similar to celadon, jade or seaglass / seafoam. Wonderful as an addition to an antique pottery collection,for Sue as a Bud Vase, or simply as a decorative objet d’art. An identical one was included in a 2020 auction from the collection of renowned Florida collector, Alfred R. Frankel, MD, author of “Old Florida Pottery: Potters in Paradise” being “The Collector’s Guide to History, Makers and Marks, 1859-1966.” Auction estimate: $60 - $120. Asking price lower here due to the fact that the backstamp has worn away. SIZE: Measures 6” H by 4” (wide and deep). CONDITION: No cracks, chips or repairs.
