Antique -Post Civil War Era- Original 1869 HEINZ Anchor Horseradish Glass Jar

This is a glass advertising jar that was produced for horseradish in 1869 by Heinz Noble & Co. The jar features raised lettering, a fluted rim, and flared foot. The base does NOT show the "1993" mark as seen in later reproductions. Missing original lid. The lid included is a random glass lid probably from a sugar jar. It does however fit the jar perfectly.
