Antique Porcelain Half Doll Pincushion with Dark Red Silk Skirt

Porcelain half doll in great condition for it's age. She is wearing a white blouse with pale blue shawl collar and a pink rose with green leaves accent at the center of the collar and a pale blue bonnet with a dark red ribbon tie. 7.5" high Vintage or rustic farmhouse ceramic shelf decor Her dark red gathered silk skirt has some damage but not that noticeable. Weighted base. Not sure I would use as a pincushion! Please see all photos for size and "patina". Can't see inside for marks so I'm not sure of origin.
