Very Good Condition for age I can feel and barely see the rings associated with a pottery thrown bowl. There are several areas where the clay was damaged prior to glazing - see photo I don't know the maker or decorator of this bowl. The mark PV was used by companies that decorated French-made porcelain and ceramic pieces for the USA market.
