Antique Meissen 9.75” Hand Painted Floral Pattern Plate. Plate has a scalloped edge with a woven style border. These beautiful plates have a flower cluster in the center with smaller floral clusters on the edge. Gold on scalloped edge has some nicks that are consistent with age.
