Antique Limoges candle holder. Purple and white with hand painted roses.

This appears to be a vintage or antique porcelain candle holder. It features a hand-painted floral design, specifically a pink rose, and transitions from a white base to a light purple top. Possibly a pin holder but I think it’s for a candle. 19th to early 20th century?
